Show Choir Camp  August 2- 6    9- 4pm

 

 

 Camp is Monday, August 2 thru Friday August 6, 9-4 daily.  All show choir members are required to attend.  If you are unable to attend any of the days please email Mrs. Jeran of the day and reason why you will not be in attendance.  Due to the fact that class registrations are held on the same days as camp I am asking you to please arrive early to registration (it begins at 8am) and try to complete this so that you do not miss any camp time. 


What you need to wear/bring:
Physical Form
Any forms not already turned in (like health form, website authorization,etc)
Any payments due (to this point you should have paid $500.00 to the choir boosters)
1 1/2 inch 3 ring binder w/ at least 10 sheets of paper
Pencil
Athletic Shoes
Bustier (girls)
Lunch
Water Bottle
1 Large Bottle of Hand Sanitizer (guys)
1 Box of Tissues (girls)
1 Blank CD with your name on it or $1.00 for a recording of the music



Lunch break is from 12-1.  Students should bring a sack lunch, cooler, etc.  Students will not be able to use the refrigerator or microwave during the week.  Parents may deliver lunches to students or students may choose to go out for lunch.  Remember that there is only an hour for lunch so if you go out plan accordingly so you are not late for rehearsal at 1.



Parking and student drop off.  The administration has requested that all students park in the student parking lot outside door 13.  They are also asking that student drop-off and pick-up occur at this entrance.  Please do not plan on picking up your student outside door 40 at this time as there is continued construction near that door

Dress Code: 


Guys and girls are to wear t-shirt.  No tank tops for either. 
Girls need to have shorts that are long enough to reach the fingertips
Everyone must wear appropriate footwear.  No flip flops- athletic shoes are preferred.
Remember that personal hygiene is important during these rehearsals as we are in closed spaces and doing a lot of movement.

 Parent Helpers for Show Choir Camp

 I am in need of four parents each day of our own show choir camp. 

Two in the morning and two in the afternoon. 

Scheduled shift times are:

Monday-Friday  8:45-12:15; 12:15-4:15

We are still in need of volunteers !!!!!!

If anybody needs a new pair of size 9 character shoes, I have a pair to sell.  They are brand new and since graduating, I have no further use for them.  I am asking $20 for them.
